IKEA second-hand marketplace is a free service for IKEA Family members, and there are no listing or commission fees to pay. In addition, Buyer protection fees are waived until 1 January 2027. Once you’ve reserved an item, it’s up to you and the seller to arrange a time and place to meet. If a delivery service is available in your region, you can also choose to have your item delivered for a fee. Delivery costs are calculated based on the item’s size and weight, along with the distance from the seller’s address to yours.
Give the seller some time to reply. If you don’t hear back and can’t arrange a pick-up, you can cancel the order for a full refund and keep browsing for a similar item.
You can cancel on the spot during pick-up if the item isn’t as expected. If you’ve already taken it home, you have 48 hours to contact our support team to request a refund – for things like missing parts, undisclosed damage, or if it’s not an authentic IKEA product.
