• What can I sell on IKEA second-hand marketplace?
  You can list any current or historic IKEA product – except food items, mattresses and kitchen appliances. All items must be genuine IKEA products, meaning they haven’t been modified or combined with parts from other brands. Products that have been recalled or aren’t from the IKEA brand are not allowed. Check your local recall list before submitting your listing.
• Will my home address be publicly visible?
  No. For your safety and privacy, potential buyers will only be able to see an approximate radius of your chosen pick-up location. It’s also possible to choose a public place or your local IKEA store as a pick-up location.
• How does payout work?
  You'll be paid after the buyer has picked the item up and told us they've accepted it. You can choose to withdraw your earnings via fast bank transfer or an IKEA refund card for 15% extra.
• How do I create a listing?
  You can list your item in minutes by uploading a photo – we’ll use image recognition to help pre-fill details. You can also search by product name, article number (found on receipts, assembly instructions, or fabric tags), or enter a short description.
  
  Next, answer a few quick questions about the item’s condition, upload at least two photos, set your price based on our recommendation, and submit. All listings are reviewed by IKEA. Most go live right away, but if anything needs updating, we’ll let you know by email – usually within 48 hours.
• Can I remove a listing?
  You can remove a listing at any time, unless a buyer has already reserved your item. If you need to withdraw a listing – for example, because the item is no longer available or you’ve changed your mind – please contact support.
