• Are there any fees to pay?
  IKEA second-hand marketplace is a free service for IKEA Family members, and there are no listing or commission fees to pay. In addition, Buyer protection fees are waived until 31 August 2026. After that, all buyers will pay 5% of the purchase price to cover secure payment, peace of mind during pick-up, and support if something goes wrong.
• How can I get my item?
  Once you’ve reserved an item, it’s up to you and the seller to arrange a time and place to meet. If a delivery service is available in your region, you can also choose to have your item delivered for a fee. Delivery costs are calculated based on the item’s size and weight, along with the distance from the seller’s address to yours.
• What if the seller doesn’t respond?
  Give the seller some time to reply. If you don’t hear back and can’t arrange a pick-up, you can cancel the order for a full refund and keep browsing for a similar item.
• What if something’s wrong with the item?
  You can cancel on the spot during pick-up if the item isn’t as expected. If you’ve already taken it home, you have 48 hours to contact our support team to request a refund – for things like missing parts, undisclosed damage, or if it’s not an authentic IKEA product.
